8. Go to “Virtual Resources” in the left menu, click on “Templates” in the drop down menu and select the template used to instantiate the virtual machine.
* Remove the uploaded ISO file  in "Storage" menu
* Remove the boot order in the template in "OS Booting" menu, leaving fields empty

1. Upload ISO file.

2. Create an empty datablock image where the operative system will be installed.

3. Create or modify a template. This template will then be used to instantiate a virtual machine on which the operative system will be install.

  • Add the uploaded ISO file and the empty datablock image in "Storage" menu
  • Configure the boot order in the template in "OS Booting" menu, choosing the ISO file (CDROM) as first option

4. Click on the template just created and press "Instantiate" button to power on the virtual machine.

5. Install the operating system on the virtual machine. Once the operative system is installed, shutdown the virtual machine.

6. Go to “Virtual Resources” in the left menu, click on “Images” in the drop down menu and select the datablock where the new operating system is now installed.
